    The seizure warrant or search warrant must be shown With regard to a seizure warrant, the measures specified in each of the following items in accordance with the category of cases set forth in those items must be taken with respect to the person who is to be subject to said disposition.:

    差押状又は捜索状については、処分を受ける者にこれを示さ対し、次の各号に掲げる場合の区分に応じ、当該各号に定める措置をとらなければならない。
