When making the disposition provided for in Article 99, paragraph (2), in addition to the particulars prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the seizure warrants set forth in the preceding paragraph must contain the range of recording medium from which the electronic or magnetic records are to be copied and which is connected via telecommunication lines to the computer to be seized.
第九十九条第二項の規定による処分をするときは、前項の差押状に、同項に規定する事項のほか、差し押さえるべき電子計算機に電気通信回線で接続している記録媒体であつて、その電磁的記録を複写すべきものの範囲を記載しなければならない。
