第二条（借地借家調停法等の廃止）
The Land Lease and House Lease Mediation Act (Act No. 41 of 1922), the Farm Tenancy Mediation Act (Act No. 18 of 1924), the Commercial Mediation Act (Act No. 42 of 1926), and the Act on Temporary Mediation of Monetary Debts (Act No. 26 of 1932) are repealed.
借地借家調停法（大正十一年法律第四十一号）、小作調停法（大正十三年法律第十八号）、商事調停法（大正十五年法律第四十二号）及び金銭債務臨時調停法（昭和七年法律第二十六号）は、廃止する。
