Movable property must not be seized beyond the extent necessary for the performance of the claim and enforcement costs of the attaching obligee.
動産の差押えは、差押債権者の債権及び執行費用の弁済に必要な限度を超えてはならない。
After a seizure, when it is clear that the seizure goes beyond the extent referred to in the preceding paragraph, a court enforcement officer must void the excessive portion of the seizure.
差押えの後にその差押えが前項の限度を超えることが明らかとなつたときは、執行官は、その超える限度において差押えを取り消さなければならない。
