The provisions of Article 4, paragraph (6) of the Criminal Compensation Act (Act No. 1 of 1950) apply mutatis mutandis to the details of the compensation under that Act for executing the confiscation of a claim or similar property that should be confiscated for a crime referred to in Article 63-2-2.
