Beyond what is provided for in this Act, the application procedures, the procedures for submitting documents, and other particulars necessary for implementing this Act, concerning the licenses, permissions, authorizations, approvals, registrations, certifications, or designations under the provisions of this Act, are specified by Cabinet Office Order.
