Pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Office Order, a principal bank must keep a register of its bank agents at its business offices (other than unmanned business offices and other business offices specified by Cabinet Office Order).
When it is necessary, a depositor, etc. or other interested persons may make a demand to inspect the register referred to in the preceding paragraph to the principal bank.
