If the Prime Minister finds it to be necessary for ensuring the sound and appropriate management of foreign bank agency services, the Prime Minister may request a foreign bank's agent bank to make a report or submit materials on the status of business or property of its principal foreign bank (including a person that has a unique relationship specified by Cabinet Order with the principal foreign bank).
