Article 52-11Making Reports or Submitting Materials by Bank's Major Shareholders

If the Prime Minister finds it to be particularly necessary for ensuring the sound and appropriate management of a bank's services, the Prime Minister, to the extent necessary, may ask a bank's major shareholder that holds a number of voting rights in that bank which is equal to or greater than the major shareholder threshold to make a report or submit materials that are to serve as a reference for the status of business or property of the bank.
