    The provisions of Article 47, paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the petition referred to in paragraph (1), and the provisions of Article 44, paragraphs (4) and (7) apply mutatis mutandis to the decision concerning the petition referred to in paragraph (1) and the preceding paragraph.

    第四十七条第三項の規定は第一項の申立てについて、第四十四条第四項及び第七項の規定は第一項及び前項の申立てについての決定について、それぞれ準用する。
