The provisions of the preceding Article, paragraphs (2) and (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the petition referred to in paragraph (1), and the provisions of Article 39 and the preceding Article, paragraphs (4) and (5) apply mutatis mutandis to the decision on the petition referred to in paragraph (1).
前条第二項及び第三項の規定は第一項の申立てについて、第三十九条並びに前条第四項及び第五項の規定は第一項の申立てについての決定について、それぞれ準用する。
