The formalities for a juridical act regarding family relationships provided for in Article 25 through Article 33 are governed by the law applicable to the formation of the juridical act.
第二十五条から前条までに規定する親族関係についての法律行為の方式は、当該法律行為の成立について適用すべき法による。
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the formalities that comply with the law of the place where the act was done are valid.
前項の規定にかかわらず、行為地法に適合する方式は、有効とする。
