With regard to jurisdiction over an action for the judicial review of an administrative disposition that was filed with the National Association of Racing as the defendant before this Act comes into effect pursuant to the provisions of the Administrative Case Litigation Act prior to amendment by item (i) of the preceding Article, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
