With regard to dispositions and other acts of administrative agencies taken before the date on which this Act (or, for the provisions listed in the items of the preceding Article, those provisions; hereinafter the same applies in this Article and the following Article) comes into effect, based on the provisions of the Acts prior to amendment by this Act or of orders based on them (limited to those prescribing disqualification clauses or other measures concerning the restriction of rights), and with regard to the effect of loss of office that has arisen under those provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
