The Commissioner of the Tourism Agency must delete the registration if it loses its effect pursuant to Article 46, paragraph (2) or Article 52, paragraph (2), or the Commissioner has revoked the registration pursuant to Article 62, paragraph (1) or (2), or pursuant to paragraph (1) or (2) of the preceding Article.
