If the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has made a disposition under Article 42, paragraph (1) or (4), the Minister must issue public notice to that effect pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
