The Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport must delete the registration if it loses its effect pursuant to Article 22, paragraph (2) or Article 28, paragraph (2), or the Minister has revoked it pursuant to paragraph (1) or (4) of the preceding Article.
The provisions of Article 26, paragraph (3) apply mutatis mutandis to the deletion of registration under the preceding paragraph.
