Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day on which the Public Corporation Act comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days respectively specified in those items:
この法律は、公社法の施行の日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Chapter I, Section 1 (including appended tables 1 through 4) and the provisions of Article 28, paragraph (2), Article 33, paragraphs (2) and (3), and Article 39 of the Supplementary Provisions:the date of promulgation;
第一章第一節（別表第一から別表第四までを含む。）並びに附則第二十八条第二項、第三十三条第二項及び第三項並びに第三十九条の規定 公布の日
Supplementary Provisions, Article 37Transitional Measures Associated with Partial Amendment of the Defined Contribution Pension Act
第三十七条（確定拠出年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The public corporation is deemed to have been registered as referred to in Article 88, paragraph (1) of the Defined Contribution Pension Act on the effective date.
公社は、施行日において確定拠出年金法第八十八条第一項の登録を受けたものとみなす。
The public corporation is to submit to the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Prime Minister a document containing the particulars set forth in the items of Article 89, paragraph (1) of the Defined Contribution Pension Act and other documents specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and Cabinet Office Order with regard to the defined contribution pension operational management business prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (7) of that Act for which the public corporation is deemed to have been registered pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, within one month from the effective date.
公社は、施行日から一月以内に、前項の規定により登録を受けたものとみなされる確定拠出年金法第二条第七項に規定する確定拠出年金運営管理業について、同法第八十九条第一項各号に掲げる事項を記載した書類その他厚生労働省令・内閣府令で定める書類を厚生労働大臣及び内閣総理大臣に提出するものとする。
The Prime Minister delegates the authority under the provisions of the preceding paragraph to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency.
内閣総理大臣は、前項の規定による権限を金融庁長官に委任する。
A part of the authority delegated to the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph may be delegated to the Director-General of the Local Finance Bureau or the Director-General of a local finance branch bureau, pursuant to the provisions of Cabinet Order.
前項の規定により金融庁長官に委任された権限については、政令で定めるところにより、その一部を財務局長又は財務支局長に委任することができる。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 38Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第三十八条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Prior laws continue to govern the applicability of penal provisions to acts committed before the effective date and to acts committed on or after the effective date when prior laws are to continue to govern the applicability pursuant to the provisions of this Act, or when prior laws are to remain in force pursuant to the provisions of these Supplementary Provisions.
施行日前にした行為並びにこの法律の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる場合及びこの附則の規定によりなおその効力を有することとされる場合における施行日以後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 39Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第三十九条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in this Act, Cabinet Order prescribes the necessary transitional measures (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) associated with the enforcement of the Public Corporation Act and this Act.
この法律に規定するもののほか、公社法及びこの法律の施行に関し必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
