附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of January 1, 2027; provided, however, that the amending provision to Article 2, paragraph (9), item (i) (limited to the part amending "Article 2, paragraph (15)" to "Article 2, paragraph (16)") comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Basic Act on the Formation of a Digital Society, etc. to Improve Convenience for Persons Concerned in Administrative Procedures, etc. and to Simplify and Streamline Administrative Operations through the Use of Information and Communications Technology (Act No. 46 of 2024) (April 1, 2025).
この省令は、令和九年一月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条第九項第一号の改正規定（「第二条第十五項」を「第二条第十六項」に改める部分に限る。）は、情報通信技術の活用による行政手続等に係る関係者の利便性の向上並びに行政運営の簡素化及び効率化を図るためのデジタル社会形成基本法等の一部を改正する法律（令和六年法律第四十六号）附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（令和七年四月一日）から施行する。
