Supplementary Provisions, Article 7Special Provisions on Fees for the Issuance of Specified Residence Cards
第七条（特定在留カードの交付に係る手数料に係る特例）
For the time being, the cases specified by Cabinet Order as referred to in Article 19-15-2, paragraph (12) of the Act are, in addition to the cases set out in the items of Article 3-3, paragraph (2), the following cases:
法第十九条の十五の二第十二項の政令で定める場合は、当分の間、第三条の三第二項各号に掲げる場合のほか、次に掲げる場合とする。
when a person is issued a specified residence card pursuant to Article 19-15-2, paragraph (6) or (7) of the Act based on an application pursuant to paragraph (2) of that Article (excluding one made by a mid- to long-term resident who has been issued a specified residence card) or a request pursuant to paragraph (3) of that Article made together with that application; or
法第十九条の十五の二第二項の規定による申請（特定在留カードの交付を受けた中長期在留者が行うものを除く。）又は当該申請に併せてされた同条第三項の規定による申出に基づき同条第六項又は第七項の規定により特定在留カードの交付を受けるとき。
when a person who has newly become a mid- to long-term resident (limited to a person recorded in the Basic Resident Register) by receiving the permission specified in (a) or (b) below in accordance with the classification of persons set out in (a) or (b) below, and who has been issued a residence card pertaining to that permission, is issued a specified residence card pursuant to Article 19-15-2, paragraph (5) of the Act based on an application pursuant to Article 19-15-2, paragraph (1) of the Act (limited to the part pertaining to item (i) (limited to the part pertaining to an application under the second sentence of Article 19-13, paragraph (1) of the Act)) (limited to one made on the date of issuance of that residence card).
次のイ又はロに掲げる者の区分に応じ、当該イ又はロに定める許可を受けて新たに中長期在留者となった者（住民基本台帳に記録されている者に限る。）であって、当該許可に係る在留カードの交付を受けたものが、法第十九条の十五の二第一項（第一号に係る部分（法第十九条の十三第一項後段の規定による申請に係る部分に限る。）に限る。）の規定による申請（当該在留カードの交付の日において行うものに限る。）に基づき法第十九条の十五の二第五項の規定により特定在留カードの交付を受けるとき。
transitional stayer or person granted landing permission for temporary refuge:permission pursuant to the main text of Article 20, paragraph (3) of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (3) of the Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-3 of the Act), or Article 22, paragraph (2) of the Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-2, paragraph (4) of the Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 22-3 of the Act); or
経過滞在者又は一時庇護許可者 法第二十二条の二第三項（法第二十二条の三において準用する場合を含む。）において準用する法第二十条第三項本文又は法第二十二条の二第四項（法第二十二条の三において準用する場合を含む。）において準用する法第二十二条第二項の規定による許可
person granted permission for provisional stay:permission pursuant to Article 61-2-2, paragraph (1) or Article 61-2-5, paragraph (1) of the Act.
