A prefectural governor or the mayor of a Municipality, when finding it necessary for the smooth provision by an establisher of a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly of the conveniences prescribed in Article 88, paragraph (5), may provide coordination among said establisher of a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly, establishers of other Designated Facilities Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly, and other relevant persons, or advice and other assistance to said establisher and said relevant persons.
都道府県知事又は市町村長は、指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者による第八十八条第五項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者及び他の指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者その他の関係者相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者及び当該関係者に対する助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, when two or more prefectural governors provide the coordination or assistance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for the same establisher of a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly and finds it necessary for the smooth provision by said establisher of the conveniences prescribed in Article 88, paragraph (5), may provide coordination among said prefectural governors or advice and other assistance to said establisher of a Designated Facility Covered by Public Aid Providing Long-Term Care to the Elderly from a broad perspective extending beyond the area of a prefecture.
厚生労働大臣は、同一の指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者について二以上の都道府県知事が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者による第八十八条第五項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該都道府県知事相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定介護老人福祉施設の開設者に対する都道府県の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
