A person that is registered as set forth in Article 69-2, paragraph (1), when his or her name or other matter as determined by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare pertaining to said registration has changed, must notify the prefectural governor without delay of said fact.
第六十九条の二第一項の登録を受けている者は、当該登録に係る氏名その他厚生労働省令で定める事項に変更があったときは、遅滞なく、その旨を都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。
