When corresponding to any item of the following, a person that commits said violation is fined an amount not to exceed 300,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。
when a person fails to submit a report or does not submit or present record books and documents, submits a false report or submits or presents false record books or documents, pursuant to the provisions of Article 42, paragraph (4), Article 42-3, paragraph (3), Article 45, paragraph (8), Article 47, paragraph (4), Article 49, paragraph (3), Article 54, paragraph (4), Article 54-3, paragraph (3), Article 57, paragraph (8), Article 59, paragraph (4), Article 76, paragraph (1), Article 78-7, paragraph (1), Article 83, paragraph (1), Article 90, paragraph (1), Article 100, paragraph (1), Article 114-2, paragraph (1), Article 115-7, paragraph (1), Article 115-17, paragraph (1), Article 115-27, paragraph (1), or Article 115-33, paragraph (1), or fails to reply or submits a false reply to questions pursuant to these provisions or refuses, interrupts, or evades an inspection pursuant to these provisions;
第四十二条第四項、第四十二条の三第三項、第四十五条第八項、第四十七条第四項、第四十九条第三項、第五十四条第四項、第五十四条の三第三項、第五十七条第八項、第五十九条第四項、第七十六条第一項、第七十八条の七第一項、第八十三条第一項、第九十条第一項、第百条第一項、第百十四条の二第一項、第百十五条の七第一項、第百十五条の十七第一項、第百十五条の二十七第一項又は第百十五条の三十三第一項の規定による報告若しくは帳簿書類の提出若しくは提示をせず、若しくは虚偽の報告若しくは虚偽の帳簿書類の提出若しくは提示をし、又はこれらの規定による質問に対して答弁をせず、若しくは虚偽の答弁をし、若しくはこれらの規定による検査を拒み、妨げ、若しくは忌避したとき。
when a person violates the provisions of Article 95;
第九十五条の規定に違反したとき。
when a person violates the provisions of Article 99, paragraph (2) of this Act or Article 9, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 105 of this Act;
when a person violates the provisions of Article 109;
第百九条の規定に違反したとき。
when a person violates the provisions of Article 113, paragraph (2) of this Act or Article 9, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 114-8 of this Act.
