An application for examination must be conducted by a Certification Committee for Insurance of the prefecture that includes the area of the Municipality that executed the action for said matter.
In a case that a Certification Committee for Insurance lacks jurisdiction in the matters of an application for examination, the Committee must immediately transfer said case to the competent Certification Committee for Insurance and provide notification of said fact to said applicant of said examination.
審査請求が管轄違いであるときは、保険審査会は、速やかに、事件を所轄の保険審査会に移送し、かつ、その旨を審査請求人に通知しなければならない。
When a case is transferred, it is deemed that said application for examination was submitted originally to the Certification Committee for Insurance that accepts said transfer.
事件が移送されたときは、はじめから、移送を受けた保険審査会に審査請求があったものとみなす。
