A Municipality, pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must notify the Organization of the Amount Subject to Medical Insurance Premium Payment in each fiscal year and other matters as determined by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
A Municipality may entrust the affairs of said notification pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph to the Association.
