Article 132Payment Obligation of an Insurance Premium Pertaining to General Collection
第百三十二条（普通徴収に係る保険料の納付義務）
The Primary Insured Person, when a Municipality intends to collect an insurance premium of said person by the method of general collection, must pay said insurance premium.
A household, when a Municipality intends to collect an insurance premium of a Primary Insured Person who resides with said family by the method of general collection, is subject to the obligation of payment of said insurance premium jointly and severally.
A spouse, when a Municipality intends to collect an insurance premium of the other spouse who is a Primary Insured Person by the method of general collection, is subject to the obligation of payment of said insurance premium jointly and severally.
