The national government, in a case when a prefecture grants subsidies pursuant to the provisions of Article 115-50, paragraph (1), may subsidize, within the budget, all or a part of the amount that said prefecture has subsidized to the persons prescribed in the same paragraph.
国は、都道府県が第百十五条の五十第一項の規定により補助金の交付を行う場合には、予算の範囲内において、当該都道府県が同項に規定する者に対して補助した金額の全部又は一部を補助することができる。
