The national government, when a Municipality or a prefecture intends to implement projects as prescribed in a Municipal Insured Long-Term Care Service Plan or a Prefectural Insured Long-Term Care Service Plan, must endeavor to provide necessary information, advice, and other assistance for the efficient implementation of said projects.
国は、市町村又は都道府県が、市町村介護保険事業計画又は都道府県介護保険事業支援計画に定められた事業を実施しようとするときは、当該事業が円滑に実施されるように必要な情報の提供、助言その他の援助の実施に努めるものとする。
