Article 115-16Coordination or Assistance by Mayors of Municipalities, etc.
第百十五条の十六（市町村長等による連絡調整又は援助）
A mayor of a Municipality, when deeming it necessary for the smooth provision of the convenience prescribed in Article 115-14, paragraph (7) by a Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, may provide coordination among said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, a Designated Preventive Long-Term Care Support Provider, other Designated Providers of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, and other relevant persons, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care and said relevant persons.
市町村長は、指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者による第百十五条の十四第七項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者及び指定介護予防支援事業者、他の指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者その他の関係者相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者及び当該関係者に対する助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
A prefectural governor, in the case where two or more mayors of Municipalities provide coordination or assistance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for the same Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, when deeming it necessary for the smooth provision of the convenience prescribed in Article 115-14, paragraph (7) by said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, may provide coordination among said mayors of Municipalities, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care from a wide-area perspective beyond the area of a Municipality.
都道府県知事は、同一の指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者について二以上の市町村長が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者による第百十五条の十四第七項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該市町村長相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者に対する市町村の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, in the case where two or more prefectural governors provide coordination or assistance pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph for the same Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, when deeming it necessary for the smooth provision of the convenience prescribed in Article 115-14, paragraph (7) by said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care, may provide coordination among said prefectural governors, or advice and other assistance to said Designated Provider of Community-Based Service for Preventive Long-Term Care from a wide-area perspective beyond a prefectural area.
厚生労働大臣は、同一の指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者について二以上の都道府県知事が前項の規定による連絡調整又は援助を行う場合において、当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者による第百十五条の十四第七項に規定する便宜の提供が円滑に行われるため必要があると認めるときは、当該都道府県知事相互間の連絡調整又は当該指定地域密着型介護予防サービス事業者に対する都道府県の区域を超えた広域的な見地からの助言その他の援助を行うことができる。
