If a party provides security pursuant to the provisions of this Part, in depositing it, the party must use the official depository located in the territorial jurisdiction of the district court of jurisdiction in the locality of the court that has ordered the party to provide the security or of the enforcement court.
この編の規定により担保を立てる場合において、供託をするには、担保を立てるべきことを命じた裁判所又は執行裁判所の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所の管轄区域内の供託所にしなければならない。
