A judgment may be rendered even during a continuance of litigation proceedings.
判決の言渡しは、訴訟手続の中断中であっても、することができる。
If there is a continuance or suspension of litigation proceedings, the progress of time frames is interrupted. In such a case, all time frames start to run again at the time notice is given of the substitution of a party in proceedings or at the time that litigation proceedings continue.
訴訟手続の中断又は中止があったときは、期間は、進行を停止する。この場合においては、訴訟手続の受継の通知又はその続行の時から、新たに全期間の進行を始める。
