This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Incorporated Administrative Agencies, etc. (Act No. 59 of 2003) (April 1, 2005).
この省令は、独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律（平成十五年法律第五十九号）の施行の日（平成十七年四月一日）から施行する。
