第八条
A prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses (meaning the prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) established pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the item (i) Pre-amendment Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act before the item (i) Effective Date is deemed, during the period from the item (i) Effective Date until March 31, 2024, to be a prefectural plan for the optimization of medical expenses established pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 of the item (i) Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act.
第一号施行日前に第一号改正前高確法第九条の規定により定められた都道府県医療費適正化計画（高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律第九条第一項に規定する都道府県医療費適正化計画をいう。以下この条において同じ。）は、第一号施行日から令和六年三月三十一日までの間は、第一号改正後高確法第九条の規定により定められた都道府県医療費適正化計画とみなす。
