第九条
The provisions of Articles 34, 35, 38 and 39 of the Revised Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act apply to the estimated young-old subsidy and fixed young-old subsidy, and the estimated young-old payment and fixed young-old payment, pertaining to Insurers for each fiscal year from fiscal year 2024 or later, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the estimated young-old subsidy and fixed young-old subsidy, and the estimated young-old payment and fixed young-old payment, pertaining to Insurers for each fiscal year of fiscal year 2023 or earlier.
