第五十一条の三
Notwithstanding Article 35, paragraph (1) of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act and Article 13-4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act, the amount of the fixed young-old subsidy under the provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2016 is the sum total of the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph and the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount that would be calculated in that fiscal year pursuant to the provisions of Article 13-7 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Pre-amendment Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act.
平成二十八年度の被用者保険等保険者に係る高齢者医療確保法の規定による確定前期高齢者交付金の額は、高齢者医療確保法第三十五条第一項及び附則第十三条の四第一項の規定にかかわらず、同項の規定により算定される額の十二分の六に相当する額と同年度において改正前高齢者医療確保法附則第十三条の七の規定により算定されることとなる額の十二分の六に相当する額との合計額とする。
