第五十一条の四
Notwithstanding Article 38, paragraph (1) of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act and Article 13-8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act, the amount of the estimated young-old payment under the provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2016 is the sum total of the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount calculated pursuant to those provisions and the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount that would be calculated pursuant to those provisions if the provisions of Article 38, paragraph (1) of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act and Article 13-8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Pre-amendment Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act were applied in that fiscal year.
平成二十八年度の被用者保険等保険者に係る高齢者医療確保法の規定による概算前期高齢者納付金の額は、高齢者医療確保法第三十八条第一項及び改正後高齢者医療確保法附則第十三条の八第一項の規定にかかわらず、これらの規定により算定される額の十二分の六に相当する額と同年度において高齢者医療確保法第三十八条第一項及び改正前高齢者医療確保法附則第十三条の八第一項の規定を適用するとしたならばこれらの規定により算定されることとなる額の十二分の六に相当する額との合計額とする。
