第五十一条の二
Notwithstanding Article 34, paragraph (1) of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act and Article 13-6, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act as amended by Article 27 (hereinafter referred to as the "Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act"), the amount of the estimated young-old subsidy under the provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act pertaining to Insurers of employee insurance, etc. for fiscal year 2016 is the sum total of the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount calculated pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph and the amount equivalent to 6/12 of the amount that would be calculated in that fiscal year pursuant to the provisions of Article 13-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act as it stood before the amendment by Article 27 (hereinafter referred to as the "Pre-amendment Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act").
平成二十八年度の被用者保険等保険者に係る高齢者医療確保法の規定による概算前期高齢者交付金の額は、高齢者医療確保法第三十四条第一項及び第二十七条の規定による改正後の高齢者医療確保法（以下「改正後高齢者医療確保法」という。）附則第十三条の六第一項の規定にかかわらず、同項の規定により算定される額の十二分の六に相当する額と同年度において第二十七条の規定による改正前の高齢者医療確保法（以下「改正前高齢者医療確保法」という。）附則第十三条の六の規定により算定されることとなる額の十二分の六に相当する額との合計額とする。
