If the representative of a juridical person, or an agent, employee, or other Worker of a corporation or individual, commits any of the violations set forth in Articles 17 through the preceding Article with regard to the business of the corporation or individual, not only the offender but also the corporation or individual is punished by the fine prescribed in the respective Articles.
