If a person that may be engaged in the operations under the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 61 pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph violates the provisions of this Act or an order under this Act and causes an industrial injury in relation to those operations, and on finding it to be necessary to do so in order to prevent a recurrence, the Director of the Prefectural Labour Bureau may instruct the person to receive training provided by a person designated by the Director of the Prefectural Labour Bureau, within a fixed period of time.
The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the training in the preceding paragraph.
