Article 76-2Response to Wrongful Issuance, etc. of Skill Training Course Completion Certificates
第七十六条の二（技能講習修了証の不正交付等への対処）
No person may issue a skill training course completion certificate or a document confusingly similar to it, except when issuing a skill training course completion certificate pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article.
何人も、前条第二項の規定により技能講習修了証を交付する場合を除くほか、技能講習修了証又はこれと紛らわしい書面を交付してはならない。
If the Director of the Prefectural Labour Bureau finds it necessary to do so in order to ensure the proper implementation of skill training courses, the Director may order a person who, in violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, has wrongfully issued a skill training course completion certificate or has issued a document confusingly similar to it, to take steps to recover that skill training course completion certificate or confusingly similar document or to take other necessary measures.
