An orderer must not give its contractor (including the parties to all contracts for work subsequent to the one with that contractor, if a job is carried out based on multiple levels of contracts) an instruction in connection with the relevant job that would result in a violation of the provisions of this Act or an order issued under this Act if the persons engaged in work associated with that contractor did work in accordance with the instruction.
注文者は、その請負人（仕事が数次の請負契約によつて行われるときは、当該請負人の請負契約の後次の全ての請負契約の当事者である請負人を含む。）に対し、当該仕事に関し、その指示に従つて当該請負人に係る作業従事者が作業を行つたならば、この法律又はこれに基づく命令の規定に違反することとなる指示をしてはならない。
