The government is to review the provisions of the Act on Providing Comprehensive Support for the Daily Life and Life in Society of Persons with Disabilities, the Child Welfare Act, the Mental Health and Welfare Act, the Disability Employment Promotion Act and the Act on Medical Care for Patients with Intractable Diseases, as amended by this Act, around five years after this Act comes into effect, taking into account the status of their enforcement, etc., and, if it finds it necessary, is to take necessary measures based on the results.
