Supplementary Provisions, Article 15Transitional Measures Concerning Orders to Draw Up Plans for Hiring Qualifying Disabled Persons

Among the orders issued under the provisions of Article 46, paragraph (1) of the Disability Employment Promotion Act between the date of promulgation of this Act and the day preceding the Effective Date, an order to an employer that would not fall under that paragraph if the provisions of Article 70 of the Disability Employment Promotion Act as amended by the provisions of Article 9 (excluding the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions) were applied on the date on which the order was issued ceases to be effective on the Effective Date.
