第二条（施行前の準備）
The formulation of the guidelines on the prohibition of discrimination prescribed in Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") and the formulation of the guidelines on ensuring equal opportunities prescribed in Article 36-5, paragraph (1) of the New Act, and the procedures and other acts necessary in relation to them, may be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Articles 36 and 36-5 of the New Act even before the date on which the provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article come into effect.
この法律による改正後の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）第三十六条第一項に規定する差別の禁止に関する指針の策定及び新法第三十六条の五第一項に規定する均等な機会の確保等に関する指針の策定並びにこれらに関し必要な手続その他の行為は、前条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日前においても、新法第三十六条及び第三十六条の五の規定の例により行うことができる。
