第六条（新法第七十四条等の適用に関する特例）
With regard to the application of Article 74, Article 86, item (i) and Article 87, paragraph (1) of the New Act, and of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, during the period from the date prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions to the day before the Effective Date, the phrase "research on facilitating the employment of persons with disabilities other than persons with physical disabilities, etc." in the heading of Article 74 is deemed to be replaced with "implementation of payment operations for subsidies related to persons with disabilities other than persons with physical disabilities, etc.", the phrase ", Article 52, paragraph (2), Article 74-2, paragraph (7), or Article 74-3, paragraph (20)" in Article 86, item (i) with "or Article 52, paragraph (2)", the phrase "Articles 85-2 through the preceding Article" in Article 87, paragraph (1) with "Articles 86 and 86-2", and the term "fine" in that paragraph with "penalty", and the phrase "Article 4, paragraph (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act" in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article with "Article 4, paragraph (5) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act".
附則第一条ただし書に規定する日から施行日の前日までの間における新法第七十四条、第八十六条第一号及び第八十七条第一項並びに前条第一項の規定の適用については、第七十四条の見出し中「身体障害者等以外の障害者の雇用の促進に関する研究」とあるのは「身体障害者等以外の障害者に関する助成金の支給業務の実施」と、第八十六条第一号中「、第五十二条第二項、第七十四条の二第七項又は第七十四条の三第二十項」とあるのは「又は第五十二条第二項」と、第八十七条第一項中「第八十五条の二から前条まで」とあるのは「第八十六条及び第八十六条の二」と、「罰金刑」とあるのは「刑」と、前条第一項中「新法附則第四条第八項」とあるのは「新法附則第四条第五項」とする。
