第五条（障害者雇用納付金等に関する経過措置）
The provisions of Article 50, paragraph (4) of the New Act and Article 4, paragraph (8) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act apply to the monetary adjustments for the employment of persons with disabilities referred to in Article 50, paragraph (1) of the New Act and the monetary incentives referred to in Article 4, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the New Act that are paid on or after October 1, 2005.
新法第五十条第四項及び新法附則第四条第八項の規定は、平成十七年十月一日以後に支給する新法第五十条第一項の障害者雇用調整金及び新法附則第四条第三項の報奨金について適用する。
In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, with regard to the collection of the Persons with Disabilities Employment Levy and the payment of monetary adjustments for the employment of persons with disabilities and monetary incentives for fiscal years up to and including fiscal year 2005, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
前項に定めるもののほか、平成十七年度以前の年度分の障害者雇用納付金の徴収並びに障害者雇用調整金及び報奨金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
