Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning Work/Life Support Centers for Persons with Disabilities
第二条（障害者就業・生活支援センターに関する経過措置）
A social welfare corporation prescribed in Article 22 of the Social Welfare Act (Act No. 45 of 1951) that, at the time this Act comes into effect, has actually received designation under Article 9-12, paragraph (1) of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities before amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") and carries out the business of arranging prescribed in Article 9-13, item (i) of the Former Act (hereinafter referred to as a "former center") is deemed to be a person that has received designation under Article 9-18 of the Act to Facilitate the Employment of Persons with Disabilities after amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act").
この法律の施行の際現にこの法律による改正前の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「旧法」という。）第九条の十二第一項の規定による指定を受けている社会福祉法（昭和二十六年法律第四十五号）第二十二条に規定する社会福祉法人であって、旧法第九条の十三第一号に規定するあっせんの業務を行っているもの（以下「旧センター」という。）は、この法律による改正後の障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）第九条の十八の規定による指定を受けた者とみなす。
A public notice made pursuant to the provisions of Article 9-12, paragraph (2) or (4) of the Former Act before the date on which this Act comes into effect (limited to one pertaining to a former center) that is in force at the time this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a public notice made pursuant to the provisions of Article 9-12, paragraph (2) or (4) of the New Act as applied mutatis mutandis with the terms replaced pursuant to Article 9-20 of the New Act. In this case, the part of such a public notice pertaining to the area relating to the designation prescribed in Article 9-12, paragraph (2) of the Former Act ceases to be effective simultaneously with the coming into effect of this Act.
この法律の施行の日前に旧法第九条の十二第二項又は第四項の規定によりされた公示（旧センターに係るものに限る。）で、この法律の施行の際現に効力を有するものは、新法第九条の二十の規定により読み替えて準用される新法第九条の十二第二項又は第四項の規定によりされた公示とみなす。この場合において、当該公示のうち旧法第九条の十二第二項に規定する指定に係る地域に係る部分については、この法律の施行と同時に、その効力を失うものとする。
Dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out, before the enforcement of this Act, with respect to a former center, or by a former center, under the Former Act or orders thereunder, are deemed to be dispositions, procedures and other acts carried out with respect to a work/life support center for persons with disabilities prescribed in Article 9-19 of the New Act, or by a work/life support center for persons with disabilities, pursuant to the corresponding provisions of the New Act or orders thereunder.
この法律の施行前に、旧法又はこれに基づく命令により旧センターに対して行い、又は旧センターが行った処分、手続その他の行為は、新法又はこれに基づく命令中の相当する規定によって、新法第九条の十九に規定する障害者就業・生活支援センターに対して行い、又は障害者就業・生活支援センターが行った処分、手続その他の行為とみなす。
