第六条（出資等）
If, at the time this Act comes into effect, the Japan Association for the Employment Promotion of Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the "new Association") has already been established, and the new Association is to be made to conduct the work referred to in Article 9-10, paragraph (1) of the New Act (hereinafter referred to as the "work of setting up and running the vocational centers") pursuant to that paragraph, the amount that the Minister of Labour specifies as the amount contributed by the government to the former Employment Promotion Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Employment Promotion Corporation") to fund the operations that correspond to the work of setting up and running the vocational centers and that the Employment Promotion Corporation was previously to conduct pursuant to Article 19, paragraph (1) of the Employment Promotion Corporation Act (Act No. 116 of 1961) before its amendment by the provisions of Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions (hereinafter referred to as "operations under the former law") is deemed to have been contributed by the government to the new Association at the time this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に日本障害者雇用促進協会（以下「新協会」という。）が設立されている場合で、新法第九条の十第一項の規定により新協会に同項の業務（以下「職業センターの設置運営業務」という。）を行わせるときは、職業センターの設置運営業務に相当する業務で、附則第二十一条の規定による改正前の雇用促進事業団法（昭和三十六年法律第百十六号）第十九条第一項の規定により従前雇用促進事業団（以下「事業団」という。）が行うこととされていたもの（以下「旧法業務」という。）に必要な資金に充てるため政府から事業団に対して出資された額として労働大臣が定める額は、この法律の施行の時に、政府から新協会に出資されたものとする。
