Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation of the Association for the Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities
第五条（身体障害者雇用促進協会の定款の変更）
In the case where the Association for the Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities has already been established at the time of promulgation of this Act, or in the case where it is established during the period from the date of promulgation of this Act to the day preceding the Effective Date, the Association for the Employment Promotion of Persons with Physical Disabilities may, by that day, amend its articles of incorporation as necessary to become the Japan Association for the Employment Promotion of Persons with Disabilities, and obtain the authorization of the Minister of Labour.
この法律の公布の際現に身体障害者雇用促進協会が設立されている場合又はこの法律の公布の日から施行日の前日までの間に身体障害者雇用促進協会が設立された場合においては、身体障害者雇用促進協会は、同日までに、日本障害者雇用促進協会となるために必要な定款の変更をし、労働大臣の認可を受けることができる。
When the authorization referred to in the preceding paragraph has been granted, the amendment of the articles of incorporation prescribed in that paragraph takes effect on the Effective Date.
