Supplementary Provisions, Article 21Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Medical Care Act
第二十一条（医療法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A bed that, at the time this Act comes into effect, is a contagious disease hospital bed prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act before the revision by the provisions of the preceding Article is deemed to be an infectious disease hospital bed prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Medical Care Act after the revision by the provisions of the preceding Article.
